Sleep until your mum tells you that have to get up, "its five past seven" Stay in bed for a little bit longer then quickly get changed so the cold doesn't get you. Walk out into the kitchen and sit down at the bench and grab 4 weetbix and pore in milk so you can't see the weetbix, then put in the micro wave for thirty seconds, Then take it out and put sugar on it. Full up your lunch box with chips, muesli-bars, cake, sandwich, biscuits and fruit. Now walk into the bathroom and brush your teeth for 2 minutes then spit out the tooth past

Heart Rate
Heart rate is how fast your heart is beating. Your heart rate can change if you are doing exercise or sleeping because you need more oxygen. A twelve year old boy heart rate can range from 65 to 105. They use technology to count how many beats your heart does. When you exercise your heart rate goes up because your heart needs more oxygen.

Doctors
On monday I had to go to the doctors because I hurt my shoulder playing rugby. When we got there we had to full out a sheet of paper. After we finished we had to sit down and wait. We were waiting for 1:15 before I called up to the doctors. We had to wait there for another 15 minutes before a doctor came. When he was finding out were my shoulder was sore he was pushing really hard. After that he told me I needed a x-ray to see if I had broken my collar bone. We had waited for a little while before the x-ray lady came. I had to stand up to a wall while she toke x-ray photos of my arm. After that we went back to the doctors to get a sling and right up my report. after that we could go. in total we spent a total of 4 hours there.

Periodic table
I found out that the periodic table is a table with different chemicals on it. These chemicals make up everything in the world. The chemicals are called elements. All the elements have a atomic number. THe elements get put into groups by how they react and if they are simmular. Dmitri Mendeleev was there creator of the periodic table.

Science
In 1895 Wilhelm Roentgen discovered x-rays. X-rays go through flesh and wood but stop at bone and wood. X-rays allow us to see broken bones and see explosives in side suitcases. This makes them useful for doctors and security offices. For this discovery Roentgen received the first ever nobel prise for physics 1901.

Science experiment
In primary we did a science experiment about friction. We went to Memorial Park were there was a slide. We took sacks and went down the slide we also tried going down in our normal clothes. We had
lots of fun that day and we found out that the sack was faster. We also did other friction tests. We had to bike through bark and sand to see who got the furtherest. In room 29 we had a roller coaster competition, were you had to make a small roller coaster. Our roller coaster was really well decorated but it didn't always work. We had to show it at Rimu House Hui, it came second to the year 8s one.

Rimu House Camp
I'm proud that I did abseiling down the side of the rock climbing wall at Ngamuwahine Camp because it was very high up. Abseiling is my most scariest thing at camp because you have to lean back with your feet still on the wall. The most rewarding activity was rafting because we tried our hardiest to get down the river in our raft we made. At the end we won a Crunchie bar because of our time we got down the river in. It made me laugh at clash of the camp when their was a eating and drinking competition with really yuck stuff like raw eggs and pumpkin potato all blended into a drink.
