Dear Mr Claus,

I have believed in you my whole life, but lately I've heard that you're not real. People say that you watch me at night to see if I'm bad or not, do you really watch me? Also people say that you come down chimneys you can't get out at the bottom of my chimney so how do you get in? Santa, can you please eat my cookies and drink my milk they have been out there from three Christmases ago.


 Santa can I please get a long legged and long sleeved wetsuit for Christmas because I really want one because I want to get better at surfing. Can I also have a longboard because my neighbors have their own, and I want to be able to ride with them instead of using their longboards.       


I want a pool also because its getting really hot and I want to be able to be at my house and cool of in the pool. I also like the water and I want to try new tricks on my surfboard in the pool.

45 Minute Inquiry

Before the Maoris and European came to New Zealand 80% of the land was covered with forest now most of it is chopped down or is getting chopped down. This is my story of being a tree. I was a twenty five year old pine tree when they chopped me down in my home in the  northern east of the north island But I got chopped down and sent to the port of tauranga which is in the Mount New Zealand.

I stayed at the Port of Tauranga for three days in triangle stacks so that I wouldn't fall down. Some of my friends got chopped down to and were next to me.On the first day I saw my friend Jack get shipped to kaurau to go threw a wood chipper and get turned into paper. On the second day I saw three other friends get shipped to China. And on the third day it was my turn.

A big crane came down and picked the log that was on top and put it on a shipped then it picked up me and put me on the ship. Next minute we are all getting shipped to Asia and made into tables,

which you could be using right now!!!

The main character is Tom Hanks or in the movie Captan Phillips and the pirates were some first time actors. The main character for the pirates was Muse who was played by Barkhad Abi. I think that the audience for this movie is for like 12+ I think that this movie is really dramatic but its a bit long.

The 12 Hour Relay Disaster

Mrs Mills's jaw gaped open and her eyes poped out....  she could see the black van coming down 18th Avenue the van to a stop and the side slides open and people with black masks and clothes jumped out and ran onto the field. I was running at that moment. I was the closest to them. I stopped and stared at them and saw AK47S slung over the shoulder. I was so scared I couldn't move, then I heard Gunshots that made me move I didn't want to turn around an look but something made me. I looked round and saw the people in black on the ground with bright red blood surrounding them. I looked round to see had fired the shots and I saw the swat team down at the end of the road.

Letter to Mr Diver

Dear Mr Diver.

This letter is going to about why we should get a pool at tauranga intermediate. If you have a pool you could teach more students how to swim and that could help with swimming sports. Another reason is the aims games swimmers could get some practice at school and at home. At lunch time in summer people could go in the pool to cool of if they are hot and being good. Swimming is also a great fitness so you could do that instead of running because most people would rather swim than run. You could place the pool infront of room 42 & 41 ounce the special class is back in its normal spot.

I've got some older friends (i'm 13, they are 14/15) Who have invited me to a party on saturday night at someones house, I'm pretty sure everyone there will be drinking i've never alcohol before. I'm going to tell my parents that i'm staying the night at my friends. I feel quite nervous, cos I know its bad. What should I do:

You should tell your parents where your going because you could get hurt and they don't know we you are. There could be an emergency at your house and they come to pick you up but your not there.

Me and my Brother went with Damian and his brother  Cody to see Pacific Rim. After the movie we went back to Damian's house and watched Fast and furious Six .

Term2 Overview

Term 2 was started off with a exiting start, we had camp on the first week back. We had loads of fun and have lots of great memories. We have also had cross country this term, I am very happy with my place because I did a lot better then last year. Our indoor soccer team did really well. we made it to the final, but one of our players stepped in the circle, and gave out a penalty. Rata ended up winning that game because of that penalty. This was the term for science fair and I did a science experiment this  time. This term I have improved on my running and statistics. I need to improve on Ikan and my writing.

I went to the production on Thursday night because my mum was the teacher controlling the greenroom. I was sitting up on the balcony on the side. My friend Damian was a lead roll in this production. The production was about a band called labrinth stop a lip sinking band called one dimension win the band battle. My favourite part was the second to last song from one dimension.

They are invited to rescue lots of puppies before they get sold to the testing company. One of the dogs gets run over by a car but lauren saves it and now keeps it at a home back at campus.

Mad Dogs (Cherub)
Cherub is a secrete service like m15 but no one knows about Cherub, Cherub uses kids because no one expects that kids are spying on them. Cherub have sent Gabriel and Michel (Cherub agents) to get into the Slaher Boys gang because they heard that something big is going to happen, Gabriel and Michel need to get evidence to lock up Major Dee (the leader) and most of the Slasher Boys crew. One of slasher boys enemies called mad dogs does a surprise attack on the slasher boys. One of the mad dogs stabs Gabriel in their attack, Michel find her and call Cherub campus to tell  Zara (their mission controller) whats happend. A lady comes out of her driveway and sees Gabriel and calls and ambulance. Will she make it or she die.....

The sleepwalker (Cherub)
James Adams is a secret agent at Cherub. Cherub uses kids to go on missions because people will never suspect that they are agents. Cherub heard that a kid called Fahim tried to blame his dad for taking down the plane (because he heard him talking about it on the phone.) So they sent James to try and find  out if Fahim was lying or not.

A plane crashes and the 345 passengers all die. 12 year old boy called Fahim called the police to blame his father for the plane going down but he was scared so he hung up before he had finished.

Science Fair

My science fair is on parachutes to see if a bigger parachute will stay in the air for longer. My smallest parachute was 10cm and I went up in five until I got to 30cm. I timed the parachutes as they were falling. Then I put it into a table and graph.

Bad Product or Service

My Mum brought a cupboard off the internet. We had to go pick it up from the Papamoa Warehouse. When we got it home we decided to open the smallest one. We had made half of the small cupboard when we found that they hadn't drilled a hole. I had make a hole with a screw driver but I still couldn't add the next piece on because I made the hole to low.

Cross Country

On Monday the 24th of June 2013 Tauranga Intermediate school did cross country. The races were split up in year seven girls, year seven boys, year eight girls and year eight boys. Im a year eight boy so I had to wait for all the races to end.  The year seven girls race was first and was interesting because Meila broke a record. I was warming up with Lachy because he is one of the fastest people in school. When we were lined up got got butterflies in my stomach because I hate it when there is heaps of people running close together. When I was running up behind the turf my calf muscles got real tight. I ended up getting the placing 59th that was a lot better than last year when I got 78th.

Computer Game

Plants vs Zombies is a game were you have to survive for one round. In Plants vs Zombies you get plants to try defend against the zombies in the backyard of your house. There are lots of different Plants and Zombies The Zombies get harder as you complete more rounds, they get buckets on their heads and get armor. You get better plants when you complete rounds.

My Dad used to be a builder but now he is down in Christchurch now because of the earthquake. He is not a builder he is a person  who decides if the buildings should get demolished. He works in a office that is surrounded by a two meter high fence with barb wire on the top. the barb wire is there so the angry people that lost their homes can't hurt the people inside the fence.

Next year I am going to boys college  It is going to be different because I haven't been in a class with desks in it before. On Friday I went on the bus to my friends house his stop is the last one. When we got there his dad was home. We went inside and got some cereal for afternoon tea and started playing playstation.

On Saturday I had an a rugby game but I wan't aloud to play because of my sprained shoulder. We were playing Tauranga Sports and they didn't have there best player Penny. I was sitting on a bench watching the game and running on the water for our team. I also ran on the tee for my friend Mannaki because he is our kicker. We ended up winning the game 28-21.

My cousin Nickels (Nicholas) is in the army and he has just finished his basic training. He is in the army for being a helicopter pilot. He is very funny and he always maks me laugh when we play games.

Charging At School

In room 42 we have been arguing that we should be aloud to charge our laptops at school. If we are aloud to charge our laptops in class it could cost up to $40,000 per year. It also is dangerous with 20 chords going round the classroom. People would come to school with dead laptops. I think that we should be able to charge in the third block or we should be able to charge them at lunchtime so that we can still do some work.

A3 Academic Excellence

In the weekend My family went to the transfer to do some recycling at the transfer station in Greerton. The transfer station is tet up so that only some types of recycling can go in like (cardboard only.) I was recycling cardboard and ice cream containers. But you can recycle a lot of things there like glass, news paper and metal. We have also been to Save Mart to recycle some of our old clothes because we have been cleaning out our garage we were also giving our shoes into the bins. When you go recycle your clothes and shoes they go to charities who then give them to people in need.

Felling About The Weekend

On Saturday I was worried about the rugby game against Allblacks and the French. I got more nervous because the French team scored first. I was disappointed when Aaron Cruden missed his first two shots at goal. I was relieved when we got into the lead, but still scared that the French could win. I was proud  
when the Allblacks finally won.

Physical Activity And The Outdoors.
In term 1 2013 I paired up with Damian, Milly and Caitlin from Rimu House. We started of just playing volleyball for fun, none of had ever played volleyball for a team before. Our very first game was against the other Rimu Team, We ended up beating them 86-48. We ended up winning all of our games until we came up against a Kahikatea team which was the closet out of all our games. We were told to look at the notice board outside the sports office at lunchtime to see if our team had made it to a final. We looked at the notice board and we saw our name the (FLAGS) in the grand final. This came as a big surprise to us because we never thought we would make it any were near here. This was even closer than the Kahikatea game. But we ended up winning the whole competition.
