* It gets you warm, because you are moving your muscles.
* It gets oxegon through the body.
Against
* Nobody likes it, and there always complaining that they can't run.
* It is cold when you first get out there, if we go out there in the mornings.
* You can hurt yourself when you go for runs, because you could roll you ankle or step on something sharp.
